You've thought about macros and have seen it advertised all over Instagram but the idea kinda intimidates you a little bit. Maybe you've signed up to get your personalized macros before but never had a coach to keep you accountable or help you out when it got a little tough or you just had a simple question and didn't know who to turn to.

How does it work?

First you will complete the application (button below!) to tell me a little bit more about yourself and your goal! From there, we will set up a consultation call to see if we are a good fit for each other. If we are both on board, we will get started with our virtual macro coaching! If for some reason I don’t feel that I would be the best coach for you, I will do my best to recommend you to someone who I think would be!

Through this coaching program, we will work together to build sustainable habits and approaches to eating. In addition to providing customized macro and calorie portions so that you know exactly how much to eat on a day to day basis, I will teach you the best practices and my top methods to set you up for success in your tracking endeavors!

We will check in on a weekly basis. These check ins serve many purposes. Number one this is your accountability, we will set up a small focus or goal for the week and map out how to get there, what needs to be done and how to overcome potential barriers that could get in the way. I'm not going to lie to you, macro tracking is tough, if it were easy everyone would be doing it. But I will be there with you every step of the way and one of the benefits of having me as your coach is the ability to access and communicate with me at all times!

In the first month, we will have a loose focus on tracking food with the main goal to be practicing the actual habit of tracking and becoming aware of what we are currently eating. We will utilize the ProCoach app to help you build habits that help you bring more awareness to your bodily cues for hunger and the portions you are consuming. In the second month and moving forward, we will start to be more focused on staying within your macro portions (proteins, carbs + fats) and calorie range. 

Once we have hit your goal, we work towards a maintenance plan. You've put in all the work, you have stayed dedicated and disciplined, now we learn how to maintain the work you just put in.

How much does it cost?

This program is $197/month with a 6 month minimum commitment. Tracking food is a tedious process and seeing results from this takes time. I’m not here to cut corners or give you unrealistic expectations. We are going to do this the sustainable way.
